Everything—food, service—was excellent and the ocean view was stunning, but the transportation to and from the airport was confusing and we didn’t know how to book it.

Everything, the staff, the ease of getting things, and comfort were good. The décor felt outdated and lacked a modern touch; there was a lot of humidity in the room, making clothes damp, though understandable given the outside humidity, and the beach was very brown.

I loved everything! I wished I had more days to enjoy; I’ll definitely come back. There was almost nothing to complain about—everything was excellent; maybe the parties were a bit loud with headphones, but in the end you always enjoy it, and everything was luxurious.

I’ve been traveling to Mexico for 50 years, and the food here was a real letdown. The restaurants improved a bit, but if those places were in the US, they’d probably shut down. The rule is simple: cold dishes should stay cold, hot dishes should stay hot, not at room temperature. They just don’t get it, and it’s frustrating.
