The interior feels cozy, the wellness section is nice, and the food is good, but the road that goes through the village is a bit of a hassle.

The staff are incredibly sweet, always friendly and helpful. Breakfasts and dinners taste great. The design is flawless, the silence is perfect, and there are plenty of lounge areas with benches, sofas, poufs, and tables, so it felt like we were the only ones on that floor. The grounds are lovely and the horses are charming! The church bells at 5 am are loud, and the beds creak terribly.

The park, the hotel, and the wellness area are great, but the noise from the neighboring building on the street is annoying.

The hotel is surrounded by lush, clean, natural scenery and the breakfast is good. The building was constructed in stages over many years, making it hard to navigate. Signage is unclear, room numbers repeat, and without a map you can’t find your room. The eclectic décor mixes a lot of styles and materials. The sauna was turned off, there was no bottled water in the room so you had to buy it at the restaurant, and the price of the stay doesn’t match the hotel’s standard.

I liked the beautiful décor, the program options and the surroundings. I did not like that they did not inform us that there was no masseur at the wellness hotel, that we could not use the horseback riding programs and that was also not liked, that the reception staff on Saturday evening, August 29, was not in the right place and in such a style told us to leave the pool because it was closing, as if we were in a bar, not in a four‑star hotel. On the other hand, the receptionist named Nóra and the evening receptionist on August 30 were truly helpful. Also it was annoying that the ill‑behaved Polish guests spoiled the stay for many others and there was no effective action taken against them.
