“Cancelled on me on the day of the booking. Utter bollocks.”
They cancelled my booking on the day, which was utter bollocks. The same cancellation happened again, still utter bollocks.

I was cancelled at the last hour because of a double booking, forced to find expensive accommodation at the last minute, showing a lack of care when booking; not recommended.
