The room was clean, with good towels and a comfortable bed. The air‑conditioner worked well and was set very cold, which I liked. Water bottles weren’t supplied, but there was a water dispenser and an electric heater, and hot water for showers was available. The hotel sits in a convenient spot; a pharmacy, supermarket, 99 Speedmart, Mr. DIY, a clinic, and several local restaurants (mamak or Malay food) are all within walking distance. I ended up in the room that’s at the lower part of the staircase. Because I’m quite tall and still groggy after waking, I bumped my head on the staircase while grabbing my water bottle, so be careful around that area.
