The hotel is beautifully located, quiet, with a lake and a lovely winter garden. The floors are very high, so the wait at reception was long, and the bedding wasn’t hygienic.
The staff were helpful, but the prices are high and the quiet hours are not respected.
The reception staff were friendly, but the hotel’s cleanliness was poor and there was an unpleasant smell throughout.
I wanted to receive an invoice, but I still haven’t gotten one even after asking on site and sending several reminders via messages; calling the hotel feels like a miracle.
“Marność nad marnościami i tylko marność.”
Paying 250 zł for a single night (no breakfast) for such a low standard feels like a blatant robbery.
