I booked with breakfast included, but I didn't receive what I ordered.
“Terribile”
The only good thing was the staff member Mohamed who was very kind and friendly; otherwise it was a total disappointment. No parking, dirty rooms, a terrible bathroom in terms of hygiene and cleanliness, the food was poor and expensive, and I paid 10 euros for a 66‑cl canned beer… never again.

Mohammad,who manages the stay is a nice young man who is very responsive and tries to help the guests.He also arranged a fan on request.He supported us with early breakfasts. The room was small and the private bathroom was smaller but everything was clean.Not comfortable to take shower.But manageble considering the price and location. A nice rooftop restaurant is there. The room was small and the private bathroom was smaller but everything was clean.Not comfortable to take shower. Also 1 more dustbin and a mirror in the room would have been better

The rooms are extremely clean, modern, and the suite bathrooms are sleek. The staff are helpful and friendly, and the location near the blue gate is good. The restaurant is pleasant and offers free breakfast. However, the place is more of a restaurant with rooms underneath than a proper hotel, so breakfast wasn’t available until 10 am. It gets noisy in the evenings until midnight, sometimes with live music from the restaurant above, and the main street of the medina is loud.
