The welcome was excellent, the location is great—just a short walk from the port and the ferry terminal—and the large room is fully comfortable with free services like laundry, breakfast, and bottled water. The only downside is that our room had no view.

The Saturday breakfast was a pleasant surprise, offering toast, cereals, orange juice, brewed coffee, and instant noodles, whereas weekdays only have instant noodles. Everything else was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, so there’s really nothing else to complain about.

The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and we especially enjoyed the bathtub in the bathroom—it was perfect for unwinding after a long day. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, even allowing us to do laundry and hang clothes on the rooftop, which was a big plus for us long‑term travelers. We had no complaints and even extended our stay by one night.

On Saturday and Sunday mornings there’s simple fare like bread and cereal; weekdays feature a Han River ramen machine for a quick breakfast. The bedroom and bathroom are very clean and spacious. They upgraded us to a room with a steamer, which worked well, so I recommend booking a steamer room in summer when you’ll sweat a lot. The location is excellent—just a walk to Jungang Market and Dongpyeong—and I’d definitely stay here again if I visit Tongyeong.

The facilities are well equipped, breakfast is provided, and the rooms are comfortable. The only issue is noise in the hallways.
