The breakfast was fantastic, and the night porter was a true gentleman; the staff overall were great. However, every carpet in the hotel needs replacing and the décor could use a refresh.

The location, breakfast and garden were great, yet the bed headboard lacked a power outlet and the duvet was far too warm.
