“Awful”
There was a convenience store in the lobby. I can’t fathom how a place like this can operate in a country with accommodation standards as high as Japan; the hallways and rooms smelled like a mix of mildew, cigarettes and cat pee, feeling like a health hazard, especially with my baby, so I didn’t stay more than an hour and moved to another hotel.

The staff were very friendly, and the free shuttle between the hotel and the airport was very convenient.

It was conveniently located near where I needed to go the next day. The room wasn’t very clean and had noticeable dust. It was also much smaller than the photos showed, barely enough space to open my suitcase, making the stay uncomfortable. My friend booked through another site and, for only about $20 more, got a much larger and noticeably cleaner room. Compared with her room, mine felt disappointing and I couldn’t fully relax. The staff were fine, but nothing particularly stood out about the service.
The breakfast buffet was very good with everything. Nothing.
