The rooms were clean and roomy, yet the "heated" pool was freezing and the hot tub jets didn't work. When I asked maintenance, they said nothing could be done and the owner knew about the issues. The front desk clerk was on his phone, playing games, and watching movies loudly, forcing me to wait each time I approached for anything.

The hotel was accessible, and both lobby and room were clean except for a tray in the fridge that I noted. Housekeeping left a welcome note. Breakfast had many options. The toilet was very low, almost child‑size, which could be hard for some. A major security problem existed with the room door; when we asked to be moved, we were not, and instead were shown how to lock it by pressing down on the handle, leaving us uneasy about our belongings. Some staff seemed to treat it as a joke.

Breakfast was cold, and no one was at the front desk at all. Someone tried to enter our room at night because the desk forgot we were already inside. Coffee was unavailable 24 hours.

The front desk staff had a strong accent that made communication difficult. They charged $35.00 for a 45‑minute early arrival, which I found absurd. We had a wedding at 3:00 in town, called the day before to say we’d be early, and arrived at 2:15. That was a total turn‑off, so I won’t return.
