The hotel was superb. It’s located near the IIT hotel.

Nothing positive to note. The hotel lacked cleanliness, had only one person assigned to clean the entire property, and the reception staff’s attitude was off. It felt like everything was just about making money, not delivering quality service.

There was nothing to like; it was a horrible experience. Rooms were very dirty, food was awful—more like street food—and the staff’s behavior was offensive and uncooperative.

The room had no ventilation at all, cleanliness was poor, mosquitoes were present, and the basin was not clean when we arrived.
