The location is close to the seafront and the center. There was a bad smell from old furniture and fabrics in the room. The balcony curtains were burnt and the bars were broken; the balcony was only 1 m². The bathroom window was jammed and had no handle to open. The air‑conditioner worked poorly. At check‑in they suggested canceling the booking on the portal and making it directly with them, without any discount or upgrade. The breakfast was plentiful but the croissants were stale; twice we sat at a table with broken chairs that we set aside, but the owners didn’t remove them and instead moved them to other tables, loudly saying “these are broken”, risking that someone might fall.

The hotel is a family business, everyone is friendly and helps whether young or old. Even though we arrived late, someone was always there. The cleanliness was very good and the air‑conditioning was pleasant. The staff spoke very little English, making communication hard. Breakfast was very bland with few options – only toast, one egg dish, and cold hard‑boiled eggs. The room furnishings were very outdated; the fridge was broken and the bed was old and hard. The bike rental was free, but the bikes were in a deplorable state – brakes only partially worked and the single‑gear bike couldn’t stay upright on the stand, falling over while riding, which is somewhat dangerous. The private beach has number 60, but you must pay per day and per lounge chair with umbrella. The public beaches are each 15 minutes away by bike.

The property is in a family‑run condition, the staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good with a wide selection and well supplied. There is parking available nearby. The location is convenient for walking around.

The place sits in a quiet spot close to the sea and the staff were friendly, but the AC was hanging and the old freon wasn’t visible; at night the balcony saved the night because I could actually sleep there.
