I loved the nature, the silence, the cozy and clean room. I didn't like the lack of human contact with the reception staff; this experience was borderline, but I did notice a sufficient promptness in handling any requests.

The villa is gorgeous, with multiple buildings on different levels surrounded by gardens, plants, and flowers, all meticulously cared for. Inside, there’s a large parking lot, a pool, an extra jacuzzi, and loungers for guests. There’s also a playground for kids and a beautiful stream that completes the lovely setting. When a small issue arose, Mrs. Stefania was immediately helpful, and with her colleague’s assistance everything was resolved in the best possible way. On a few minor points, a few glasses for the bottled water in the fridge would be handy, and the bathroom could use a soap holder for the bars and a towel rack near the bidet.
