“Overall ok”
The location was good, but getting to the room felt like navigating a maze with too many staircases, an elevator, and walkways.
The hotel is accessible to Ben Thanh market and it’s easy to find halal food. No negatives.
We had a great stay at Aluna Ben Thanh Hotel! The location is excellent—convenient and within easy walking distance of Ben Thanh Market and plenty of shops, restaurants, and attractions. A special thank you to Stella at reception for being welcoming, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay; her excellent service really made the experience even better.

All staff were polite, helpful, and dutiful; Stella remembered us as repeat guests and assisted us professionally. We enjoyed our stay in Aluna and will come back as usual. The downside was room 602: the hot and cold shower taps were opposite colors (red for cold, blue for hot), the bidet spray head released slow pressure making washing a lengthy effort, and the room air‑con wasn’t as cold as the preset temperature.
