Breakfast was varied, rooms were clean, but the pool water wasn’t really clean.

The hotel is surrounded by greenery, offers nice views, and is peaceful; almost every room has a balcony. However, breakfast was very poor, and the restaurant staff were unhelpful and uninterested in guests.

The facilities were good, but the price was a bit high even after a discount from the staff.

I had to pay extra for the spa, the breakfast didn't include juice, the toaster was broken, the bread was stale, and the bathroom felt cramped.
