I called the cancellation line and they tried to cancel the reservation three times but failed; they forwarded me the Westin’s direct number, which I called and left a message, but I still haven’t received a callback or any confirmation that the reservation was cancelled.

The bed was excellent and the included breakfast was wonderful, but there was no shuttle service available on the weekend.

The location was central, but the bathroom was outdated; it had shower curtains, and if it had sliding glass doors it would have been a 10/10 for me.
