The property is stunning, with a warm pool and a hot tub that isn’t too hot, and breakfast was delicious. The staff were courteous and kind. It sits about 3 miles from downtown Ruidoso and is far enough from the main road that traffic is hardly audible. We enjoyed a pool view and a private deck overlooking the mountains, and the king bed was very comfortable. The only downside was a brief encounter with housekeeping; she didn’t greet me or say hello.
