Everything was terrible; there was nothing good about the stay.

The hotel itself was very good, but the service was a different story altogether. It was a shame, really, because I was looking forward to a hassle-free stay.
I have to say, this hotel was the best I've ever stayed in. However, there was one major problem - everything. Yes, it was a bit of a disaster, but somehow it all worked out in the end.
I was surprised to find out that foreigners aren't allowed to stay here, which was a major letdown. However, the staff did arrange alternative accommodation for me, so I've given them some credit for that. Overall, it was a bit of a mixed bag.
I have to say, the hotel's lack of geysers, lift, and cleanliness in the staircases and rooms was a bit of a joke. It was like they were trying to be the worst hotel ever. I'm not sure what they were thinking.
