“Buona posizione, ma l’accesso alla camera non ha funzionato e il soggiorno non è avvenuto.”

The place is well situated in the Barberini area, central and easy to reach. Unfortunately that’s the only thing we could judge, since the colleague didn’t stay. We booked as a company for one night. The colleague could only partially access the property: there were no more keys to use the elevator, so he had to walk three floors, then couldn’t get into the room because the landing lighting made it impossible to read the numbers on the rotary lock to enter the code. He left and returned home that same evening. There was also a misunderstanding about the arrival time: we had indicated a possible arrival between 20:00 and 21:00, but since the room was free earlier, the colleague arrived at 18:00, still within the 15–20 check‑in window listed on the property’s profile. We were told that wasn’t the agreed time. We tried to sort things out informally with the property, but it was taken badly, so we ended the conversation.

The location and ease of getting to all sights were great, and the food options around the area were fantastic. The housekeepers and staff we spoke with were always wonderful and willing to answer any questions. The bed is quite hard, but that’s a preference; it’s not necessarily a downside if you like a firmer mattress.

“Great location to enjoy sightseeing in Rome”

Spacious and clean, great location. An easy walk to sightseeing and close to a metro, which was super helpful for us. The nearby street has lots of places to eat. If you don’t have data on your phone, check‑in can be challenging. I received details for the first lock box at 3 pm (check‑in time) and only got details for the second lock box after I had been let in the door. You also only receive one set of keys, which usually isn’t a problem for us but you need the keys to activate the power. It was challenging when I planned to stay in and my partner wanted to leave (either I had to stay with no power or he had to leave with no keys to re‑enter).

“Ótima localização.”

New, clean, and well‑equipped accommodation. It’s on the third floor of a building under construction. The elevator is tiny, and key access at arrival is a bit confusing.

“Très agréable”

Central location in Rome, everything is easily reachable on foot. About 5–10 min to Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps, 10–15 to the Pantheon, 20–25 to the Colosseum. The apartment is clean, with towels provided and daily housekeeping. The owner is accommodating for a slightly late arrival. I would recommend this place for trips!
