I was thoroughly disappointed with my stay at this hotel, mainly due to the significant gap between its advertised quality and the actual experience. Although the staff, particularly the manager, went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, the hotel itself fell far short of expectations. The hotel's design, coupled with ongoing construction, made it nearly impossible to get rest during the day, while the small restaurant and dated plumbing only added to the frustration.
