The hotel feels modern and clean, and the tram right outside the door is super convenient. The breakfast is varied and very tasty, though it costs extra. The rooms are tiny, but everything is there. Everything is handled online, which makes it feel very impersonal.

The location, the staff’s extreme kindness, the breakfast, the cozy corner with unlimited tea and coffee, and the accessibility for people with reduced mobility are all great. The cleaning in the rooms left hair in the sink when we arrived. The paid parking costs €25 and isn’t secure.

I really liked the hotel’s ecological, sustainable focus. The staff were very friendly, the room had a comfortable bed, and the décor was beautiful. The location is excellent, about 10 minutes by tram to the city centre. A hook in the bathroom would be useful. The breakfast buffet was very good with plenty of healthy options, but I missed having more than just hot chocolate as a drink.
