Everything stayed clean, but the whole hotel carried a smoking smell because the gaming rooms allowed smoking.

The hotel was pretty and the staff were great, but the mini‑fridge in our room had opened, half‑drunk water bottles were left, the drains stank throughout the apartment, the robes had tan marks, and there was black hair.

The room was spotless and tidy, but the outside was noisy; once inside, the noise disappeared completely.
