“Wonderful stay”
Welcoming staff, comfortable beds, wonderful ambience, good food and terrace view restaurant. Swimming pool to be kept temperature controlled between 9-6 when the pool is open. 1-2 small insect flies in bathroom

The hotel was good, but room 204 was very bad; it had no windows and this wasn't disclosed at booking, and when I arrived the hotel offered no alternative. This was unacceptable and clearly affected my stay.

Everything except the room view was excellent, especially Mr. Sami and the rest of the staff who were all very helpful.
