Very convenient property and was easy to get to Sydney marathon! Was difficult to find a hotel and this one didn’t have completely unreasonable prices. Staff were very nice and professional, rooms were big. First room I stayed in (1st floor) was perfectly fine but in the second room (5th floor, harbor view king) the bathtub had some grime leftover, the heating also wasn’t working properly so it was pretty cold. Was just happy to have somewhere to stay though!

10/10. We had a wonderful stay and felt very well looked after from the moment we arrived. The hotel was spotless, the facilities were very comfortable and well maintained, and all the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. I would especially like to mention one of the gentlemen at reception, who was absolutely wonderful with my children and always treated us with such kindness. The breakfast buffet was also excellent, with a great variety of delicious food. What made our stay even more special was the lovely surprise they prepared for my daughter Winniej’s birthday. They gave her a cake, a beautiful birthday card and an ice cream. 🎂🍦💜 It was such a thoughtful gesture and made her feel very special. We are leaving with beautiful memories of our stay and the wonderful staff. I would highly recommend this hotel, especially to families. We would definitely stay here again!
The breakfast was super tasty with a good selection and fresh preparation. The location is good and the staff very friendly. The room was a bit old, especially the bathroom could use a renovation.
