This hotel is truly incredible; it’s my favorite in Korea and I’ve stayed twice. The service is unbeatable and they helped me sort out a tricky situation with forgotten items from another provincial hotel. The location is great, with excellent metro connectivity, easy airport access, and convenient travel to anywhere. They pay close attention to detail, offer a gym, a pool, and the food is excellent.

For the size of the room, it was way over priced. The hotel has a lot of hype that it doesn't deliver on

The station‑direct link lets you reach the airport in one go and it’s convenient no matter where you go. The shower facilities are good and the value is solid. However, like many places abroad, the pricing is set per room; if there were a per‑person rate for solo travelers, I’d stay more often.
