“El cuarto no tiene mantenimiento.”
The terrace view is great, but the room we got was in bad shape: peeling paint, an old comforter starting to tear, and worn towels that were no longer white, one already fraying. A cockroach appeared out of nowhere and ants followed it. The wardrobes were dusty inside with cobwebs. The bathroom had a broken wooden window that wouldn’t close, a rusted shower that leaked where it twisted, and a fan on the lamp full of lint that blew everywhere when turned on. I didn’t expect a luxury experience for the price, just something clean and presentable, so that’s why I’m writing this review.
The view and bed comfort were good, but there was no shower mat and the pillows didn’t have covers.
I loved feeling the hill and looking at Oaxaca from above. Juan Manuel and Gabi are very friendly people. Thanks to everyone!
The terrace is nice and the space is comfortable, but the stairs for luggage were an issue.

I didn’t stay there at all, yet I was charged the full accommodation. Everything was dirty, dusty, lonely, and looked abandoned, and I still paid the full stay.
