The staff acted quickly and dealt with any issue on the spot, and the hotel sits right by the waterfront market with very handy transport links, though the room could use better soundproofing.

The hotel has its good points, but unfortunately, the bathroom was a mess. The bathing water drainage was stuck, and the whole area was dirty. It's a shame, because the rest of the room was clean and comfortable, but the bathroom issues were a major problem.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. The location is super convenient, the rooms are cozy and comfortable, and the staff, particularly Ms Phuong, were attentive and friendly. Everything felt well-maintained and welcoming, making it a great place to stay.
