I had a lovely time at this hotel, mainly due to the enchanting evening cultural programmes they offered. However, I found the parking situation to be quite inconvenient, as the narrow road made it difficult to navigate. Unfortunately, the staff didn't provide much assistance with parking, which was a bit frustrating.

Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was a huge letdown. The room service was extremely poor, and we had to call multiple times before our requests were fulfilled. To make matters worse, the room door was jammed and couldn't be locked, which was a major safety concern, especially with a child in tow. At checkout, the staff fabricated an issue with a torn bedsheet and forced us to pay before allowing us to leave.

I was initially concerned about my booking, as I didn't receive any confirmation emails from the hotel. However, when I arrived, I was pleased to find that the property was clean and well-maintained. Despite the initial communication issues, my stay was pleasant, and I would consider returning in the future.
