I stayed in room 401, and the place feels like it’s straight out of the past—no acoustic insulation, so it’s as if I’m on the street. The air‑conditioner is falling apart and doesn’t cool; the tap water smells awful, and the “rotten river” that runs right outside drips its odor straight into my room. The photos promised a nice stay, but the reality was far from it.

The location, staff, and breakfast were all excellent. However, the room I was assigned to was disappointing—though spacious, the furniture is very old, giving it a 1940s boarding‑house vibe. It seems the managers assume guests will spend most of their time outside, working or exploring, and won’t mind a room that looks like a decade‑old pension.

The spot is well‑situated, the breakfast is good, service is friendly, and the room feels comfortable and clean. The bathroom is tidy, but the TV isn’t a smart TV and the bathroom box could use a bit more space. I asked for a receipt for my stay and didn’t get a response via WhatsApp.
