The staff and cleanliness were excellent, with housekeeping coming by several times a day to straighten the room. The hotel is amazing and the location is close to everything.

Where do I start to describe how opulent and exquisite this property is? We’ve stayed at many five‑star hotels worldwide, and this one will rank among the most memorable. From a butler to double bathrooms, tea set‑ups, and lavish surroundings, it’s in the heart of Fifth Avenue. The only hiccup was figuring out how to reach the residences; it’s in the Saint Regis and you need to check into the hotel to access the residence floors, which took a little time to understand. Other than that, we want to return and are not considering the timeshare offered by the property. Enjoy!
