“Good place to stay if you want to travel to murree.”

The staff were friendly and helpful, but one of the rooms had a stale odor and the bed sheets weren't clean enough.

My stay at the IFQ Hotel was an unmitigated disaster, and I would strongly advise against booking a room here. The hotel management showed a complete lack of professionalism, refusing to refund our money even though we had informed them in advance that we would not be staying. The food was also a major issue, as everything was extremely spicy, and the staff seemed to ignore our requests and do whatever they wanted.

“Overall good”

I had a decent stay at this hotel, but I wasn't a fan of some of the artwork on display - it didn't quite resonate with me. Despite that, I found the overall experience to be good. The hotel's atmosphere was pleasant, but those particular paintings were a letdown.
