Everything was extremely organized, and there was nothing to mention otherwise.
Breakfast was good, the reception staff were very helpful, and the parking was excellent; the room, however, did not have a minibar.
We appreciated the comfort, the location, the blackout curtains on the windows, the good shower and the attentive staff. The room we were assigned couldn’t really fit two beds – one double and one single – leaving no room to use the table and chair that were there.

Receptionist Paulo was very professional and courteous in every aspect, making the stay as pleasant as possible; however, the room lacked a minibar for guest convenience.

The location and service were good, but the rooms were tiny, and for several days there was no water in the rooms—sometimes no hot water, sometimes no cold water, sometimes neither, or hot water came out of the cold tap—and the hotel administration took a very long time to address and fix the issue.
