The place offers good value; the room is comfy and smells nice, staff are very welcoming and polite, breakfast could have more choices but it's tasty. It's close to Praia da Concha, about 8 minutes to Rua da Pituba, which I expected to be nearer. Overall 9/10.

It’s less than 50 meters from Concha beach, great for small children, and a 10‑minute walk takes you to Pituba Street. I didn’t find anything that detracted; I really liked it.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We enjoyed a wonderful family stay at Blue Ocean Flats. The ladies are lovely, very friendly and attentive. A special thanks to the manager for the sweet birthday surprise for my son, it meant a lot! ❤️ Breakfast was great, beds super comfy, location perfect, just a couple steps from La Concha beach. Definitely a place to return! 🥰
