The room type we got was filthy, with dead insects crawling around on both sides. On the first day there was no internet because the modem was broken, which was only fixed on the second day. Breakfast was passable – the worst of the bad.

They gave me a room in a building under construction and renovation, even though other rooms were empty and suitable. It was disappointing.
