From the moment I stepped in, the staff welcomed me warmly and guided me through all the Amritsar sights so I could plan my time well. The room was neat and clean, and the comfort level was perfect for me. Room service was excellent, the bathroom was clean—which was my main concern—and I felt the place offered great value for money, with free high‑speed Wi‑Fi. The location is close to all the places I visited. The staff were very polite, and I’m giving this review because of the services they provided; overall the experience was excellent, and I’ll recommend it to my friends and family in the future. Nothing was lacking—everything was awesome.

Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was marred by a few issues, including finding a small rat in the room, which made me worried about the safety of my belongings. Additionally, water leaked from the bathroom while I was taking a bath, which was quite frustrating. Despite these problems, I managed to have an 'okay' experience overall.

While I encountered a parking issue during my stay, everything else at this hotel was valuable and worth the trouble. I would recommend it to others despite the parking problem.
