The staff were great and the balcony view was stunning, but there were no ACs in any of the rooms as advertised; the front desk did offer us better rooms.

I had a great experience at this hotel, with a well-organized staff and a comfortable room that exceeded my expectations. The hotel's overall quality was impressive, and I appreciated the attention to detail in the room's design and cleanliness.
The rooms are spacious and clean, and the location is perfect in the city center, but the breakfast is only average.

The hotel was big and nice, a good change of pace, the pool was pleasant and the people were friendly; it felt a bit too quiet for such a large place, especially in low season when some guests might wander around; the food was okay, but I’d expect more on the plate; still, we’ll come back!
