“Rude, poor communication, tokk money for no stay”

I was told they couldn't accommodate our party because of their rooms, so they claimed they had cancelled my booking—yet they didn't cancel it and still took the money even though we never stayed. They also ignored all my follow‑up messages, showing rudeness and indifference. Don’t stay here; there are far better alternatives that actually communicate with guests.

“Ubicación perfecta!!!”

The room had personality, hot water and a comfortable bed. The location was good and easy to find, just a few steps from the Medina entrance. Assisa was very friendly and attentive, preparing a delicious breakfast for us every morning! However, the room gets very cold in winter and only has a small radiator that isn’t enough to heat the space. The toilet cistern is broken and we had to throw out water blocks. Only one outlet worked in the entire room.

Everything was just okay. The lunch was satisfactory but served late. The terrace was nice. The staff were very friendly, though they only spoke Arabic. It was extremely hard to find. The room was tiny and we had to go outside to use the bathroom. There wasn’t enough toilet paper.

The location and view were nice. The room was very small and the bed was very hard, and there was an incredible noise from the street that kept going until midnight.

“Das Riad können wir allen nur wärmstens empfehlen!”

An extraordinary Riad, very, very good location – almost reachable by car, then just a few steps on foot. The caring staff took great care of us – a rich, wonderful breakfast on the rooftop with a great view over the city. If you want to stay in Chefchaouen, definitely choose this Riad! Right under the Medina.
