The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, going above and beyond to make me feel welcome. My room was clean and tidy, and the hotel even surprised me with a bottle of wine for Christmas, which was a lovely touch.

I had a wonderful stay in the suite, which was spacious and comfortable. The hot tub and sauna were also a great addition, allowing me to relax and unwind. The staff were extremely courteous and friendly, making me feel welcome and at ease. However, I did notice that the room was missing one feature that I had been looking forward to - colorful lights. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.
