Close to Hunters Plaza and Papatoetoe night market. Comfy beds. Nice sheets and duvet. Cool during the hot days. The bathroom had an unpleasant odour which permeated throughout the room when the bathroom door was open. Seemed to be coming from the shower drain. Toilet brush was covered in toilet paper and it was really dirty. It wouldnt have mattered if the brush was contained and in its own container, but it was hanging next to the toilet in full view

I have stayed at Luxery and Budget Hotels in many countries but 3 Palms Lodge was the Best Accomadation that I have stayed.and enjoyed

Nähe zum Airport. Sehr laute Unterkunft von der Straße und Mitbewohnern. Kann man nicht empfehlen, wenn man eine erholsame Nacht haben möchte

Very clean facilities, continental breakfast was huge, with a large shared kitchen facility available as well. The "large double bed" is very large!
