The location was great, and the cafe at the hostel entrance served an amazing breakfast and espresso. However, the staff were inefficient, leaving me 43 minutes with soap in the shower when the water stopped and only partially answering the phone, and the mattress was uncomfortable.

The spot is convenient and the café at the entrance is a nice bonus. The food and espresso were good. The mattress felt stiff, the bathroom had a bad odor, and the receptionist seemed amateurish. I was left in the shower for 43 minutes with soap on me because the water stopped, and the staff failed to answer my phone calls properly.
