The hotel’s location is good. The bathroom is small and the shower wasn’t working well.

Hotel Palazzo Benci, a restored 15th-century residence in Firenze, offers air-conditioned rooms with free Wi-Fi, satellite TV, minibar, and safe. Located halfway between Florence's cathedral and Santa Maria Novella Station, it's a 5-minute walk from each. The hotel faces the Cappelle Medicee, Brunelleschi's famous chapels, and features a garden and courtyard bar for relaxation.

The location is perfect, the staff are very nice, and the room is quiet and comfortable. I’d have liked a bit more at breakfast, like bacon and cooked eggs, and the bathrooms are super tiny.

Beautiful central location my second stay - great breakfast helpful staff. Take care to specify exact sleeping arrangements . I made a mistake thinking I booked a triple room with three beds for three travelling companions due to the photo
