“Sehr schönes Hotel in ruhiger Lage zum entspannen”

Breakfast was very good, the dinner varied and enjoyable, there were several saunas, the wellness area clean, the garden/park very beautiful, the dining hall well kept and the terrace lovely; however, only one shower in the wellness area is somewhat annoying.

Everyone’s manner was warm and friendly, but the bus connections are unfortunately poor.

The atmosphere was top!

The food quantity and quality were super, and the staff were friendly; everything else was perfect, but the room lacked a capsule coffee maker. I booked the room for 3 nights. When we arrived they told us that for the last night we wouldn’t stay in this room but would be moved to another room of the same category. At first we didn’t understand why, then we later found out. An old guest came, and because our room was the only one he liked, they moved us to a smaller room. It felt more like a scam; I’ve never experienced this in an Austrian hotel. The last day was quite frustrating: we were good for paying for two nights, but otherwise we were a secondary guest. We won’t go back!

Everything was there, nothing was missing during our stay, the dinner included was highly recommended, we ate four courses and everything was superb just like breakfast, the staff’s attention was sublime, the room beautiful and the beds delightful, and I can’t think of anything to criticize.
