Great location.

Excellent location. The apartment sits on the tenth floor of a building with always‑on concierge, just a few minutes’ walk from Avenida Paolista. The area feels safe and the apartment is very nice. Everything was perfect; ideal for two people.

The room was plenty of space, which made it feel open and comfortable. The layout was simple but functional, giving you room to move around. I appreciated the extra room to stretch out.

The room sits right on Avenida Paulista, with 24‑hour security and reception, and the cleaning was spot‑on. The bathroom was great, but the space feels tight if you have four guests, and the sofa bed is tiny. I didn’t use the kitchen, but overall it’s a solid spot if you’re just two.

The spot was in a good area, and the staff were super friendly. Cleanliness was top‑notch. All in all, a pleasant stay.
