Access to the lagoon, the friendliness and attention of the staff are very good, but the breakfast could improve; the restaurant menu is limited and there are no potable water dispensers.

Access to the lagoon is perfect, the location is worth it, rooms and bathrooms are clean, but we were disturbed by very noisy guests late at night with loud speakers and shouting; this isn’t the hotel’s fault or its staff, who did everything to keep us comfortable, just people lacking manners. The hotel, facilities, staff, food, and cleanliness are excellent.

The property faces the lagoon beach directly, and the restaurant serves gourmet Mexican dishes and excellent cocktails. The bungalow is spacious and very clean! The restaurant prices might be a bit high, but overall they’re not too different from other places in Bacalar.

Everything was perfect, and we left with a heavy heart. From the prime spot on the most beautiful stretch of the lagoon, to the stunning and comfortable bungalows, the services, and the staff, it was pure relaxation.
