Very bad experience: fake air conditioning failure, no security or privacy. Stay was definitely negative, ruined by unprofessional management and serious service failures. Upon arrival the owner told us the air conditioner had been broken for two days due to a burned motherboard, making it work only at certain times and not giving us the remote control. With a burned motherboard, the air conditioner should not have worked at all. In reality it was a clear pretext to save on consumption: the system was turned on arbitrarily only for a few hours a day by the lady, forcing us to suffer unbearable heat for the entire stay in full summer. Additionally, in the afternoon of the first day we found that the front door would not close. The absurd solution offered by management was to leave the room open without locking it; fortunately, thanks to manual intervention and my father’s help we managed to temporarily fix the problem. The most unacceptable episode happened on the second day, when the owner entered our room in the afternoon without any notice or permission while my father was inside resting. Even on the cleaning front the property was disappointing. To my great surprise (since it was described as very clean) the same towels from the previous day were reused, all stained. I had selected this property based on reviews and its high rating on the platform, but the real experience did not meet expectations in any way. Absolutely not recommended.

The room and bathroom were spacious, the lighting bright, the place quiet and the building silent, the cleanliness spot‑on, the host courteous, and the breakfast varied. I missed being able to make an espresso in the morning.

The structure was impeccably clean, the view was amazing, the location was strategic for Anacapri, and Mrs. Gaetana was extremely kind! Nothing to add.
The location was excellent, the room was lovely, and the view was stunning.

The hosts were very friendly! We received a helpful island map and good information, enjoyed a nice terrace, a large room, a modern shower, and a breakfast selection in the room (kettle, fridge, tea, Nutella, croissants, etc.); the supermarket is just around the corner and the center of Anacapri is quickly reachable.
