I walked just five minutes to the train station, which was handy. The room was tidy and had nice decor, and the bathroom was good. Getting in was a hassle, though – my plane was delayed and the automatic access was cut off. My phone data stopped working, so I couldn’t call the owner and had to borrow someone’s phone to get a remote key. The owner was helpful, but there were no on‑site staff.

I found the place in a great spot, but if you arrive early there's no luggage storage; I had to leave my bags at Porta Nuova station and paid €30 for 4 hours.
