Il Giardino di Julia B&B, nestled in a historic Tortora building, offers guests a charming garden retreat with free Wi‑Fi. Rooms feature air‑conditioning, private bathrooms with bidets, baths, showers, and free toiletries, plus TV and wardrobes. Daily housekeeping, bicycle parking, and an authentic Italian breakfast with fresh pastries enhance comfort. The Monumento ai Caduti in Guerra is a 3‑minute walk away.

The welcome is the highlight of the place, Biagio and his wife are super available and friendly. For breakfast we ate a mountain of excellent homemade figs, tasty bread and croissants that were always warm each morning. The room is very clean and is regularly tidied. The location is strategic, away from the chaos but close to everything. The water is drinkable and fresh. There is free street parking, and there is also a parking spot inside the property but only for motorcycles and small cars. The only drawback I found is the lack of a small fridge, which is great especially in summer, and an electric kettle in the room.

Breakfast was good. The arrival was inconvenient and the room and bathroom were very tiny.

Simplicity, sincerity and the courtesy of the owners who make you feel truly “welcome,” as if you’re among lovely people! Nothing to add.

The room was cleaned impeccably every day, the little terrace on the hills was wonderful, breakfast was great with garden produce and Biagio is a truly unique host: attentive to every guest need, allows special experiences to learn about local culture, extremely knowledgeable about the town’s history and a great companion, always present but never intrusive. It’s a very convenient spot to reach the main beaches of the coast and the Blanda museum is a must-see! Highly recommended.
