Getting a VAT invoice was impossible; the printer was broken, so they emailed it, but it never came. I called the next day, they resent it, still no arrival. A hotel that can’t provide VAT invoices is a major red flag.

The room, though not huge, had everything we needed. It was slightly small and the window couldn’t be opened.

The location was spot‑on for our group to reach the restaurants and bars we had booked. The room was fantastic for us and all the amenities were good for everyone.

The location was great for us but the room was absolutely incredible! I didn’t expect the views! It was amazing! Spacious and comfortable too. Very impressive!. The light around the table was in the wrong place to do the make up easily but I could live with it and it won’t put me off coming back
