Air conditioning ran 24/7, the beds were comfortable, and the hotel had a gym and billiard, with staff who were amazing.

The cleanliness was top‑level, the environment was quiet, the bathrooms were beautiful with shampoo and soap, and the bed was comfortable. No issues.

It was my second visit, and when I had to book quickly I picked Mbar on a whim. I love the spacious female room with large, comfy beds, and the AC stays on all the time unlike other hostels that only turn it on for a set period. The common area keeps a good vibe with a bar and a dedicated work space that has nice tables, chairs, and sofas. I was thrilled to find a note and a gift from owner Fon on my pillow for returning.
