I recently stayed at this place and had mixed feelings about it. The location was absolutely fantastic, right in front of the lagoon, which was a huge plus for me. However, I was quite disappointed with the overall experience as it didn't feel like a proper hotel - there was no security personnel, rooms were only cleaned when I checked out, and there were no amenities like a dining area or café.

I recently stayed at a hotel that had some redeeming qualities, but unfortunately, it fell short in many areas. The lagoon views were truly lovely, but the pool was uninvitingly cold. However, things took a turn for the worse when we discovered that the rooms we booked had black mold, forcing us to settle for a single room instead. To make matters worse, we were still charged for two rooms and were unable to get a refund, with the hotel also ignoring our messages.
